Children and Families First – Looking for Builders and Subcontractors

Chris Reith, a member of our Associates Council and V.P. at Geo-Technology Associates in New Castle, is working with a group called Children and Families First.

Children and Families First administers grants in all three Counties for renovations/upgrades primarily dealing with day care facilities.  The grants require prevailing wages for the work
which will likely involve plumbing, fences, playgrounds, and interior fit out.

They are looking to gather a short list of general contractors and
subcontractors that are willing to bid on projects and have not had much
success so far.

If any builders, remodelers or subcontractors are interested in bidding,  contact Chris Reith directly, his email is   Chris will have a better idea of the type of work and size of projects in the next few weeks as grants come in and can help steer you to bid on a small prevailing wage project.
