2013 Talk of the Town Awards

Congrats to HBADE member DryZone, LLC, once again honored with the Customer Satisfaction Award by Talk of the Town.

For the second consecutive year, DryZone ranked high in customer satisfaction as judged by online surveys. Talk of the Town collected input from area homeowners based on their knowledge and/or experience with DryZone. The result was a perfect 5 out of 5 stars, an improvement from 2012 when the result was 4.5 out of 5.

DryZone earns awards throughout the year for various reasons, but the awards from direct customer feedback are always the most treasured. Since first opening their doors in 2006, DryZone’s mission has always been to focus on the customer and strive for total customer satisfaction. Each employee makes it a priority to listen to the customer and evaluate and solve any situation that arises.

DryZone owner, Bill Anderson, has made it the company’s goal to improve on what was already excellent. “After last year’s rating, some people might have been satisfied with almost perfect. All I could think about was getting that extra half a star,” says Anderson. So this year we implemented new programs for better interaction with our homeowners, hired more employees to better manage the call volume, and moved into a new building to have better direct access to the public. I’m glad to see that it all worked so well.”

DryZone will always put customer service at the top of its priority list. Providing valuable services, like drying basements and crawl spaces, and fixing broken and sagging foundations, means nothing if the homeowners aren’t happy with the process and results. It is good to see that they are!
