TO THOSE THAT WE SAY “GOOD-BYE” – SORT OF:
Mark Grahne, Atlantic Homes. Mark comes off the Board having served as our 2012-2103 Immediate Past President. Mark has served the HBADE well for many years, and was elected an HBADE Life Director at our last Board meeting, This reflects his years of service not only on the Board but as an Officer and volunteer at numerous HBADE events. Life Directors are welcome to attend future Board meeting at their schedule permits, and Mark has agreed to continue to help shape the activities of our Hammer and Nails Club PAC
Jim McCulley, Watershed ECO. Jim was elected an HBADE Life Director in 2012 in recognition for his years of service most notably helping us sort thru and understand local and national complex environmental issues. Jim stepped aside to allow others to serve as Associate Vice President but he will continue to be active with the Associates Council and helping us with the various issues we face.
Rick Banning, MBM Construction. Rick has been a Board member for several years, and recently decided to relocate his family and his business to South Carolina. Since his transition to the warmer climate will take place over several months, we hope to see Rick at our events at least in the short term. Rick served as our Sussex County Vice President and was helpful in numerous activities including our meetings with Sussex County on the new IRC building code, and recent legislation related to building plan requirements.
