Where’s MY ID Card
If you have not received your new Medical ID Card, for April 1st, it will be arriving soon. Our insurance companies (Aetna, Coventry, Highmark BCBS and United Healthcare) are processing your group, installing your employees and issuing ID cards as quickly as possible. If you need services before receiving your card, we will be able to assist you in obtaining your account number. We appreciate all of the cooperation and patience you provided while we worked with over 400 groups enrolled with the Benefits Connection.

We have been releasing the Navigator as our member’s renewals have been finalized.Unfortunately, this has taken longer than expected. We are working as quickly as possible to get everyone up and running for all of our members.

Once you have the Navigator, each and every employee should register and verify their information and plan elections. They will also be able to elect or decline other benefits that are available.

We will be on hand to help you with any questions you may have and to resolve any issues that may develop with your group.
