Save the Dates! Spring Open House at Noble’s Pond

Friday – Sunday, May 16 – 18, 2014

10 AM to 4 PM

Noble’s Pond, the premier 55+ community in Dover, Delaware welcomes visitors to their upcoming Spring Open House, May 16 – 18. There has never been a better time to buy at Noble’s Pond! With Single Family homes starting at just $231,995, buyers will have the opportunity to save up to $25,000 – including $10,000 in their choice of personalized options, an upgrade to Pella Windows and 2X6 sidewall construction with R-19 insulation. Open House weekend is the perfect opportunity to meet residents who have already made Noble’s Pond their home, tour the award winning Clubhouse, The Point, visit the Model Home Village and have a leisurely lunch poolside or on the covered veranda. Hard Hat tours will also be available for visitors who enjoy seeing quality construction up close.

This year’s Open House will unveil a beautiful bridge leading over Noble’s Pond and into Phase II of the project where newly opened home sites can now be selected. In this phase of the project walking paths are planned for the active lifestyle enjoyed by Noble’s Pond residents. In addition, three new and exciting elevations will be offered for each Single Family and Chateau home. These offerings include larger columns, accent shakes or batten board, and stone creating a new craftsman style look to the already award winning elevations. These exterior elevations will be offered as an open house incentive period at no additional charge for anyone ordering their home by June 30, 2014.

Since Noble’s Pond ( is located in Delaware, buyers will also realize significant tax savings while living in a quality, stick-built home. Terri and John Hansen, formerly from Bel Air, MD, found Noble’s Pond to be the right choice for them after looking at many other 55+ communities. “We spent about two years looking, says John, former Captain in the U.S Army, but Noble’s Pond just kept drawing us back. The community is located in Delaware, which offers great tax advantages and lower living costs. It is close to downtown Dover and not as isolated as some of the other 55+ communities we visited. Plus, we liked having so many different models to choose from and we really liked the people we met.” Terri, a retired nurse goes on to say, “We’re very happy with our choice and it is so close to everything. We’re beach people and also love being just five minutes from the mall and Dover Downs. And, we love the active lifestyle Noble’s Pond offers.”

Noble’s Pond is well known for its award-winning clubhouse, “The Point,” which offers country-club amenities, including a fitness center, billiards room, art center and The Gathering Point, a space large enough to accommodate 320. The Point also includes a gorgeous outdoor pool with an Olympic lap lane, four bocce courts and a putting green. Colleen, the onsite Lifestyle Director ensures that plenty of events, classes, parties and trips are planned for residents’ enjoyment.

Back by popular demand is the Community Garden in a larger location. The space for this has more than doubled in size from years past, as new residents signed up for garden plots for the 2014 growing season. Homeowners have been busy amending the soil and planting their vegetables and flowers. As with last year’s garden, residents decided to plant extra rows in order to donate produce to local food banks. A communal herb garden is planted by the Noble’s Pond staff and is available to all who live in the community.

Noble’s Pond is an amenity rich, active adult community, filled with yesterday’s charm but created for today’s lifestyle. Located just minutes from downtown Dover, Delaware, the Community offers unique and flexible floor plans, a breathtaking Clubhouse, Pool, Bocce Courts, Putting Green and Community Garden, all situated amid the serene surroundings of Noble’s Pond.
