Noble’s Pond makes a major splash, winning Eight Regal Awards

Confirming its place atop Delaware’s premier 55+ Communities, Noble’s Pond walked away with a ton of major hardware as they were named the winner of eight top prizes at the 22nd Annual Regal Awards on May 30, 2014. Presented by the Home Builders Association of Delaware, the Regal Awards celebrate excellence in the home building industry by honoring the state’s best builders.

Among the most impressive awards Noble’s Pond received that evening were Community of the Year for Kent County and Best Clubhouse Design. Mary Field, Noble’s Pond Vice President commented, “We couldn’t be prouder that the Home Builders Association of Delaware has selected Noble’s Pond for the Community of the Year Award for Kent County, as well as Best Clubhouse Design. It is a true honor to receive such praise from our association and our peers, and we thank them for this recognition!

Also taking top honors, The Woodbridge Model, received awards as the Best Interior Merchandising. Noble’s Pond’s own Lifestyle Director, Colleen Ostafy, shared the limelight as well.  “Girls Night Out to Fight MS” won for Best Special Event.  This event in its 2nd year, raised over $15,000 for The National MS Society, Delaware Chapter and was so successful; the 3rd annual “Girls Night Out to Fight MS” is scheduled for September 20, 2014.
