A model of the Somerset Cottage is now under construction and we just can’t wait to decorate and furnish this home.” The Cottage Collection is available to view at

Hard hat tours of five homes currently under construction will be available during the Open House. “Guests love to see the homes while under construction and we are proud to show the quality workmanship, flexible floorplans and the attention to detail that goes into each and every home we build here at Noble’s Pond,” states Christopher “Kit” Klemchusky, Construction Superintendent.

Festivities during this Open House include scrumptious desserts and hot apple cider, an opportunity to mix and mingle with current Noble’s Pond residents, and a chance to participate in our annual Toys for Tots drive. A sing-along, to ensure everyone is in the Holiday spirit, will take place in the Conservatory at 1pm with residents and staff. Everyone attending the Open House is invited to join in the fun.

This Open House provides visitors an opportunity to meet residents currently living in the community. “Residents love to tell their story,” states Colleen Ostafy, Lifestyle Director at Noble’s Pond. “Whether it is talking about the activities and trips we offer, the low taxes in Delaware or the quality of their home, residents are happy to share their personal ‘Noble Lifestyle’ experience.” Residents participating in the event can be identified by their blue “Pointers” golf shirts and they will be in and around The Point, the Noble’s Pond Clubhouse, throughout the day of this event.

A visit to Noble’s Pond would not be complete without a tour of The Point, the award winning clubhouse. The Point will be decorated to the nines, thanks to the help of the wonderful residents living at Noble’s Pond. Guests will enjoy touring this facility with its country club amenities, including a fitness center, creative center, library with computer nook, game room with billiard tables, darts and poker table, a conservatory with flat screen TV’s and the Gathering Point, the exquisite ballroom large enough to accommodate up to 320 people. The Point also includes a gorgeous outdoor pool with an Olympic lap lane.
