This is the highest award available for Associate members within HBA/DE, and is in recognition of his long standing and extensive support to the Association. Jeff serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for HBA/DE, as well as chairs the bi-annual golf tournaments for HBA/DE. This year the Louis J. Capano Sr. Memorial Golf Tournament had an overwhelming turn-out, greatly exceeding last year’s participation. The overwhelming success of the tournament was only one of Haggerty’s many accomplishments that qualified him for the award.

The event’s success was capped by the overwhelming support of HBA/DE members for the One Warm Coat campaign. This year, HBA/DE teamed up with One Warm Coat, collecting coats to be donated to those in need this winter. By the end of the night, two containers of coats were overflowing with donations.
