March & April Butch Alfieri Associate of the Year Nominees

The Butch Alfieri Associate of the Year program was established in order to:

1. Recognize and reward the Associate member for effort and work expended in the interest of their fellow members, their association, and the community.
2. To demonstrate to the general public by these outstanding examples, the work done by the association.
3. To point out the qualifications of those members’ best fitted to be considered for leadership positions in organized home building.
4. To foster a spirit of competition among those who are in a position to do real productive work for our state and national association.

Criteria for enrollment includes both participation in our local Home Builders Association of Delaware and the National Association of Home Builders; and civic and community involvement, and industry accomplishments.

Associates in the running so far:

For the month of March:
John Johnson, Karins and Associates, for his role in the Associates Council’s Ramp Program
Joe Gordon Jr., GreenJoeGreen, for his role at the 2015 Spring Delaware Home & Garden Show

For the month of April:
Sharon Moore, CPG Building Products, for her role during the 2015 Sporting Clay Shoot Event
Joe Gordon Jr., GreenJoeGreen, for his role during the 2015 Sporting Clay Shoot Event
Mark Succarotte, New Penn Financial, for his role in organizing the Sales & Marketing Council Educational Tracks
Debra Young, EmpowerAbility LLC, for her role during the Mid-Atlantic 55+ Housing Council Livable Communities & Universal Design
