Here at the HBADE we have some exciting events coming up.

Thursday, November 5th, Mid-Atlantic 55+ Housing Industry Council Presents: 55+ Housing Marketing Trends 
Evaluating Age restricting versus Age Design, Identifying Voids in the Market, The Impact of Baby Boomers on Rental Housing, Presented by Lisa PricePresentation followed by an expert Builder Panel Discussion. Deadline for registration is Monday, November 2nd.

Thursday, November 12th, Sales and Marketing Council Presents: SMC Marketing Track: Understanding Google Analytics.
Quick tips to demystify your Google analytics. How to review your Google analytics in 15 minutes or less each week. Optimize your website cheat sheet for best SEO. Google SEO starter guide.
Presented by Damien Golden of iKANDE Advertising. Deadline for registration is Tuesday, November 10th.

Friday, November 13th, Energy Services Group Proves FREE Sussex County Energy Code Workshop, hosted at Schell Brothers Independence Community.
9- 10 am: Classroom differences of 2012 code vs current 2009
10-11 am: Air sealing field demonstration
11-12 pm: Energy testing field demonstration
Deadline for Registration is Tuesday, November 10th.

Monday, November 16th, Associates Council hosts, FREE End of Year Mixer.
Join the Associates Council for an evening of food, drinks, and networking. Attendees are encouraged to bring non-member guests, to introduce to the group.
Deadline for registration is Friday, November 13th.

Saturday, December 12th, Home Builders Association of Delaware hosts, Annual Leadership and Legacy Ball.
Help a Family in need this year, donate gently used coats at the Ball. Parking will be made available for all attendees, compliments of Bayard.
Deadline for Sponsorships and Ads is Monday, November 16th.
