NAHB
Webinar Explores Upcoming Trends

Dear Howard,

Nationwide housing starts rose 5.2 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.178 million units in February, according to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Commerce Department.

See what this growth will mean in 2016 with the NAHB Spring Construction Forecast Webinar Wednesday, April 27, 2:00-4:00 PM ET.

Joining me will be NAHB Senior Economist Robert Denk, along with special guest Leonard Kiefer, Freddie Mac Deputy Chief Economist. We will examine the latest housing economic data, such as housing’s potential and most likely paths for 2016 and 2017, recovery hurdles like labor shortages and tight credit and much more. In addition to the big-picture overview, we’ll give a state-by-state analysis of your region’s particular concerns.

Register now at nahb.org/CFW.

I am looking forward to it!

We hope you will join us!

Regards,

Dr. Robert D. Dietz

NAHB Chief Economist
