Leasing Agent:

Fernmoor Homes/FP Management Company is seeking a high energy, enthusiastic, positive, professional, customer service-minded and well organized individual to join our leasing team in Lewes, Delaware. The Leasing Agent must be able to work well not only with our clients, but with the on-site leasing management and maintenance teams.   This is a full time, 5-day a week position that will include Sundays.

Our fast-paced company requires the candidate be able to multi-task and have strong computer and communication skills including a working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

The Agent is responsible for prospecting, apartment tours and leasing to prospects, marketing out-reach, community promotion, renewals and referrals. Our Leasing Agent works closely with the maintenance team in providing outstanding customer service to our residents.

Qualifications for this position include the following:

  • Professional image
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Marketing minded
  • Ability to sell and close a sale
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel a must
  • Must be able to work Sundays
  • Previous leasing and/or real estate experience a plus
  • Knowledge of leasing management and/or prospect management systems a plus
  • Must have valid driver’s license and transportation

New Home Sales Representative:

Fernmoor Homes is seeking a high energy, enthusiastic, positive, professional, customer service-minded and well organized individual to join our Sales Team.  We are currently looking to fill positions in Lewes and Millsboro, Delaware. This is a full time, 5-day a week position that will include Sundays.

Our fast-paced company requires the candidate be able to multi-task and have strong computer and communication skills including a working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Our New Home Sales Reps are responsible for prospecting, follow up and follow through, closing the sale and working with the buyers through closing.

Qualifications for this position include the following:

  • Professional image
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Marketing minded
  • Ability to sell and close a sale
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel a must
  • Must be able to work Sundays
  • Previous new home sales and/or real estate experience a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and/or prospect management systems a plus
  • Must have valid driver’s license and transportation
