Middletown Kitchen and Bath Looking for Assistant Project Manager

Middletown Kitchen and Bath is rapidly growing and seeks to add an Assistant Project Manager to our Team. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting the President in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction and financial outcome of assigned residential remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will be required to assist in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications that include, but not limited to:

  • Daily On Site Project Management
  • Project Coordination
  • Job Cost Management and Analysis
  • Project Scheduling and Adherence
  • Daily and weekly progress reports
  • Weekly progress meetings
  • Sub-Contractor and Trades Management
  • Punch List Management
  • Warranty Management
  • Ordering and Delivering of Construction Materials
  • Liaison between Construction Trades, Client and Sales

The candidate will work with Ownership to help achieve their respective project management objectives. This position reports directly to the company President.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in Residential Construction or Remodeling Field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and details
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Superior communication and organizational development skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Clean Criminal Background Check

In addition to the above listed minimum requirements, candidates who poses the following skills, experience, and capabilities may receive greater consideration during the evaluation process:

  • Project Scheduling Experience
  • Project Management Experience
  • Kitchen and Bath Design Experience
  • Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 to $50,00.00 /year pending experience and qualifications.

Required experience:

  • Residential Interior Remodeling and Construction: 3 years

Required license or certification:

  • Driver’s License with Clean Record

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent
