Notice of Funding Availability – Financial Coaching Program

Notice of Funding Availability – Financial Coaching Program

The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) is issuing a Notice of Funding Availability (NFA) to identify entities in Delaware willing and able to assist households affected by the foreclosure crisis to repair and rebuild their credit and poise them to regain successful homeownership. Target households include those that lost their home due to mortgage default and households whose housing situation is precarious due to impacts of the financial crisis, such as loss of employment or underemployment.

This project was funded as a result of agreements entered into by the State of Delaware with Bank of America Corp. and Citigroup, Inc.  On March 17, 2016, the Joint Finance Committee of the Delaware Legislature voted to endorse the allocation of funds to DSHA for the purposes included in this NFA.
