Kent County 2018 Comprehensive Plan Workshops

Subject: Kent County 2018 Comprehensive Plan Workshops


Kent County Planning Services is seeking public input in the development of the 2018 Comprehensive Plan. Three workshops, each starting at 6:00 p.m., have been scheduled throughout the County for the following dates and locations:

Monday, Nov. 14, 2016

Sunnyside Elementary School

123 Rabbit Chase Lane, Smyrna, DE

Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016

Lake Forest Central Elementary School

5424 Killens Pond Road, Felton, DE

Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016

Kent County Recreation Center / Boys & Girls Club

1683 New Burton Road, Dover, DE

The workshops are designed to identify citizens’ concerns and ideas regarding future growth and investment in Kent County. There will be a brief presentation followed by a series of tabletop exercises and open discussion. Citizen input is essential to developing the Comprehensive Plan and Kent County looks forward to hearing from you.
