Cobra Reminder

Groups with over 20 employees are mandated to provide Cobra options to their employees.  Just a reminder that in Delaware we have ‘Mini-Cobra’ for groups with less than 20 employees.  When an employee leaves their employment and are currently enrolled in the company’s group plan they should be offered Cobra or Mini Cobra.  If you need more information about this matter, please contact us.
