McCulley Sworn In As President

Ever since the Home Builders Association of Delaware was founded in 1948, the President has been a Builder Member. On Saturday night, Jim McCulley was sworn in as the first Associate Member President of the Association.

President

Jim has been an Associate Member of the Association for over 28 years and has served on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and as a Life Director. As President of the Association, Jim hopes to add more value for members and enhance communication with members and the community.

Swearing In

Jim was sworn in by the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) Past Chairman, Kevin Kelly of Leon N. Weiner and Associates. Jim also serves on the Board of Directors of NAHB.
