The 2017 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Qualified Allocation Plan Applications Are Now Open!


The 2017 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) has been approved.

The application process is now open and submissions for the 2017 LIHTC application cycle will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on April 28, 2017 at 18 The Green, Dover, DE 19901.  All QAP documents can be found at the link below:

A separate notice will be sent on the LIHTC Web-based application availability later this month.

DSHA will re-open our public forum on our website where users may post questions on the 2017 QAP.  The Q & A Forum can be accessed either through our website or by clicking the following link:
