100,000 NGBS Green Certified Homes … and Counting!

Last week, Home Innovation reached (and simultaneously surpassed) the 100,000th NGBS Green Certified home. The project that tipped the ticker into six digits was the Peyton Stakes community in Nashville, TN, built and developed by Proffitt Dixon Partners; the verifier on the project was NGBS Green Master Verifier Rachel DellaValle of Southern Energy Management.

Congratulations to Peyton Stakes and Rachel DellaValle on achieving this milestone! But we want to also recognize ALL of our NGBS Green Partners, like you. The program would not have gotten to this point, becoming the largest and most robust residential green certification program in the country, without all of our participating builders, developers, remodelers, verifiers, marketers, and advocates. You can see both our announcement about reaching 100,000, as well as the event listing about this Friday’s Grand Opening at Peyton Stakes where we will celebrate it.

Now on to the next 100,000!
