HBADE Golfers Raise Money for Fallen State Trooper

Home Builders Association of Delaware held its Annual Spring Golf Tournament, at Maple Dale Country Club, on Thursday, May 4th.  As many are aware, Cpl. Stephen Ballard was tragically shot and killed outside a Bear – Area Wawa.  This year HBADE had already decided to raffle off a 40″ Samsung Smart TV at the golf event.  But upon learning of the fallen Trooper, HBADE Staff & Golf Committee decided to donate all proceeds from the raffle to the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) that Trooper Ballard was so fond of.  The raffle and donations combined totaled over $800, which was donated to NOBLE in Cpl. Stephen Ballard’s Memory.
